Why do customers choose you?

People choose me because I take the time to explain things that are important to you or your particular issue. I don't just "fix the problem", I fix and explain how to avoid it in the future. Education is key. I am also available frequently and return calls and/or emails within 24 business hours, which you may not receive from your current firm. I also have a 20+ year background in retail which gives me the ability to understand the businesses.

What do you consider a fantastic customer experience?

A fantastic customer experience would be where we were able to secure a Paycheck Protection Program loan for a client to save his business. Once he received funding, we were able to apply for round 2 and since we had all of the documents rapidly prepared, we were able to achieve the round 2 funding just before the SBA exhausted the funds. This saved the clients' business and he was so grateful.
