Why do customers choose you?

I am personable, hard working, and will work with you to make sure we can take advantage of any tax opportunities that are applicable. I stay in contact with my clients throughout the year, not just during tax season, to make sure that they are set up for success and to remind them of strategies that they can benefit from. My one-on-one approach also allows my clients to feel comfortable asking questions and confident they've been heard.

What do you consider a fantastic customer experience?

A client reached out to me with a large booming business that had never been formally tracked. She had lots of income coming in, but also a lot of expenses and debt and couldn't organize her business to make it work efficiently and smoothly. We worked together to clean up her books and start chipping away at her debt. We also put together a budget and strategized to pay estimated taxes throughout the year to avoid surprises come tax season.

How can you help businesses develop?

I have a lot of experience with small businesses just starting out. These are my favorite clients because I have a lot of experience and advice to share that can help them save money and plan ahead. Starting a business is the hardest part, but with a good accountant it doesn't need to be so hard!
