My experience with CleanBooks Accounting and in particular Mrs. Hicks, couldn't have been more positive. She is exceptionally well informed about tax law and does her best to find tax breaks where appropriate. In fact during this year, the tax law seemed to be constantly changing, yet Mrs. Hicks stayed current and adjusted accordingly. This has boosted my confidence in her and I will keep her on retainer. She also provided superior customer service, readily available for questions or concerns and constantly checking in to update us on her progress. If she needed to return a call or email related to an inquiry it was always within the allotted time she indicated which is certainly an improvement from our last accountant. The onboarding software, her company uses is also very user friendly. All in all, CleanBooks Accounting managed by Crystal Hicks has certainly exceeded my expectations in every way and I have no doubt, they will exceed yours too.
