THIS WAS OUR FIRST 401K AUDIT. CODY AND TEAM TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING. I DID FEEL LIKE MORE GUIDANCE WOULD HAVE BEEN APPRECIATED SINCE WE'RE NEW TO THIS AND DIDN'T UNDERSTAND ALL THE TERMS OR WHAT EXACTLY WAS NEEDED. CODY HANDED THE AUDIT OVER TO AN ASSOCIATE SO I DIDN'T HEAR FROM HIM PERSONALLY VERY MUCH. MAYBE AN OCCASIONAL PHONE CALL OR EMAIL FROM HIM SEEING IF I HAD ANY QUESTIONS OR NEEDED ANY HELP WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE, BUT THIS MAY ALSO JUST BE PART OF THE PROCESS SINCE IT IS AN AUDIT. OTHER THAN THAT, IT WENT SMOOTH.
