What do you consider a fantastic customer experience?

A fantastic customer experience is when I surprise a client by helping with tax planning or unexpected tax windfalls. Clients appreciate when the books are reconciled timely, financials are produced and I help them understand the results which helps them better manage their business.

How can you help businesses develop?

I offer outsourced CFO/Controller services which helps take that burder off of the owner so they can further develope their business. Additionally, through my network, I can refer additional clients to the owners.

Truly a fantastic CPA! My wife and I have a startup business in Manhattan and are entering into the capital fundraising phase.
