FLEXIBLE CONSULTING was founded in 2020 amid the pandemic to serve companies struggling with resource constraints. We are a family founded and run business with many years' experience in Finance and Accounting. Our goal is to provide full or part-time contract resources at all levels from book-keeping to strategic CFO's. Our vision is to help bring working parents back to the workplace who have left due to the struggles of work-life balance. 

As our name suggests, we believe in flexibility at our core. We know that business can change at a moment’s notice, and our team is ready to step in to help our clients best manage that change. Some clients need short term staffing during employee transitions, while others prefer to augment existing staff during month end/quarter ends to enhance the timeliness and accuracy of reporting. Our clients appreciate that we can be available for 10-20 hours a month, or we can bring a team of full-time consultants to support their goals and objectives.

We also offer full-service bookkeeping with a minimum monthly requirement of 5 hours / month.

We currently service 50+ clients with 20 consultants actively engaged across the US and UK.
