There are two Enrolled Agents on staff of Kelly Financial Services, Inc. The combined tax return experience between Frank and Patrick is in excess of 50 years.

Frank and Patrick both have completed the National Tax Practice Institute. The National Tax Practice Institute trains individuals in the Representation of Taxpayers before the IRS. Frank has been a Fellow of the NTPI since 1991 and Patrick was awarded the Fellow designation in 2018.

Laura is a full service bookkeeper with an excess of 20 years experience in bookkeeping in addition to Frank and Patrick's experience. Laura works alongside and collaborates with Frank and Patrick on various projects. The projects can range from normal monthly bookkeeping to taking a clients records and put the data into a meaningful order so that the returns can be prepared.
