As an introduction I have been a Certified Public Accountant for approximately 50 years. I was employed in three public accounting firms for the first 10 years of my career. Thereafter, I worked as a financial executive in the apparel industry for 20 years. When I turned 50 years old I decided to expand my accounting and tax practice and opened an office in Monmouth County NJ, where I have been located for the past 24 years. Since I have numerous clients in the Florida area I have decided to expand my practice and open a satellite office in West Palm Beach.

The main focus of my practice is income tax planning and preparation for individuals and businesses. In addition, I am authorized audit representative for tax matters involving the Internal Revenue Service as well as state and local tax governments. In addition, I work with estates and trust in preparing income tax returns for them. Furthermore, I work with businesses on financial planning as well as exit planning strategies.

My business clients include various medical practices, legal and professional service businesses, computer technology, manufacturers, wholesalers, retail establishments, both residential and commercial real estate property owners and various service businesses.
