We are a US public accounting firm that provides assurance services (audits and reviews) to publicly traded and private companies, non profit organizations and 401K plans. Our assurance services are provided in accordance with IFRS and US GAAP. We are registered to perform assurance services in FL and CA and verified with authorization to practice in 16 other states.

Cicely Parada, CPA is the engagement partner and she has over 15 years experience in public accounting. She began at PWC in Santiago Chile, continued in the profession for about 12 years at a small public accounting firm with offices in New York, Florida and China, performing audits and reviews of public and private companies, broker dealers, non profit organizations and 401K plans. She was also selected by PWC US as a contractor for assurance services in 2019.

We are a team of 5 accounting professionals, with members that possess a Masters in Accounting Degree and public accounting experience in EY and PWC in the US, Latin America, India, Germany and business experience in China. We are a small firm that strives to tailor our style of offering quality services to meet the needs of developing businesses and organizations.
