Do your research on this company before you hire them. I can't find them on the NCDOR site or the Sec of state for NC under Mannix Accounting Solutions and they receive payments through Venmo but the funds go to Coleen's personal account. That was a red flag to me. When I hired Coleen everything was verbal. In my opinion, Coleen should not ever work with the general public in any capacity. She is very unprofessional and can not seem to remember facts very well. I hired her for a new set of books, which she denies, and she had to hire additional help because she was trying to revise my original set of books that was locked by my accountant. She found a "work around" I am not sure if that is even legal, and presented a revised version of my original books, Again which we did not agree to. She requested balance paid in full with no proof she even did the work. She stated that this was an industry standard. Do your research before you ever give them one cent and for god sake get Everything writing!
