What do you consider a fantastic customer experience?

Having a conversation about the results and answering any questions. I want my clients to understand what is going on. I believe that part of my job is to educate on any issues that are not clear. I want you to walk away understanding what is going on. I don’t want any confusion. I don’t want frustrated clients; I want happy clients.

How can you help businesses develop?

I like to get an understanding of what is going on. Once I understand what is going on, I can advise on entity structure, tax strategies, and financial goals. Its hard to come up with a plan if you don’t know what is going one. Sometimes we can create an efficient tax structure or get into a better liability structure. I first need to know what is going on and what the clients’ goals are; once we nail those down then we can get into the planning
