PRICING: I always have clear / pre-communicated pricing for every service I provide. I give my clients options for either hourly rate fees or monthly fixed fee that are based on the services provided.

COMMUNICATION: I always give my clients a direct email and phone number to me. I may not be able to answer right away but usually the same day or next.
