Consultants were extremely knowledgeable about the software, the expected journals and transactions that should take place. This saved us a lot of time and help in better learning the system. This implementation was a major change for our staff but the trainer easily worked with our staff plus extremely patience (even with our one who started with resisting the change). She made my staff feel it was ok to ask questions and to learn something new.
