We’re out of state. Even then, he was able to process our tax returns in a timely manner. He answered our questions and made sure we understood what was what. It turns out, the person we used prior was doing something not so legal, but legal. Even though the taxes we owed were higher than expected, we knew they were being done correctly. He helped us in every way that could and was very thorough. Something the person we worked with before wasn’t. We will continue to use his services going forward.

To cut things short, Shinchan is a pleasure to work with and his services are seamless. Personally as a 19 year old, when I hear about tax filing season, I wouldn't know where to start. My knowledge about income reporting is limited, so it's difficult to feel like I have a firm footing. That's when I turned to Shinchan and asked him for help. For my first consultation, it was a really straightforward and to the point process where Shinchan asked me a series of questions and then told me what documents he needed. I needed time to get everything figured out, so then we agreed upon a follow-up date. Afterwards, I had reached out to him sooner than expected, but he was flexible enough to resume working with me. He then told me that I can send everything to his business email. A few days later, he follows up with me telling me what my return would look like. Then for the final appointment, he had discussed my return, the final documentation, and some neat investment strategies that I could keep in mind for the future. There's no twists or turns with Shinchan at all. You just talk with him, get him what he needs, and then he comes back to you with valuable information.

I have to say compare to my previous tax accountants, the service that this company give is on an another level. I was able to keep in touch with my new accountant at all times. He was able to help me with my tax and told me what I can do and what will benefit me. He answer all my questions when it comes to tax. Normally when I ask about certain question, I personally feel like other accountants don't like to explain it. Just doing the consulting part, I felt a lot of welcoming and he has answer almost all my questions. And plus there was a promotion and consultant first time was free! Definitely will come back! He's easy to talk to and I appreciated that he took the time to fully understand my situation to answer my inquiries as best as possible.
